A block of guest rooms has been reserved at the Laurel Pointe Inn for participants of the CAPPE 2008 Conference. Rooms are offered at a special conference rate as follows:Guest Room (single/double Room) $125.00 plus taxes Studio Suite (single/double Room) $180.00 plus taxes
All rates are subject to applicable government and hotel sales taxes (currently 5% and 10% respectively). Please note that the above rates are quoted in CAD funds.
Reservations can be made by calling the hotel reservation department toll free at 1-800-663-7667 (USA and Canada only) or 250-386-8721 during 8:00 am – 6:00 pm (PST) Mon-Fri and 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (PST) Sat-Sun. In order to receive the special group accommodation rate, you must identify that you are attending the CAPPE – Canadian Association of Pastoral Practice & Education Conference. The cut-off date for the special CAPPE rate is Thursday, March 6, 2008. After this date, reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis at the Hotel’s prevailing rate.
Reservations cancelled at least 24 hours before the intended arrival date will not be charged.
Room check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:30 am
