(P-1) Therapeutic Harping: Creating a Cradle of Sound

Presenter: Bev Ross, BA, CHTP, VAHTP, Certified Therapeutic Harp Practitioner Description: Science is beginning to measure what people throughout the ages and in virtually every culture have always known—music and sound have therapeutic value. The harp, long revered as an instrument with unique spiritual and healing qualities, is making its way back to the bedside. Drawing on Bev’s practice in acute care, hospice and cancer care settings, this workshop will use music and story to explore how the harp can support physical, emotional and spiritual healing
