Registration

We have two options for registration.

1. The first way is to fill out the registration form on line and pay via PayPal with a PayPal account OR if you have no PayPal account then via PayPal with your credit card. Please look at the workshop descriptions before filling out the form so you can decide which workshops you want to sign up for with the first three choices. Please also check out the descriptions of the pre-conference workshops if you are planning to go to a pre-conference workshop.
2. You can print off the registration form and also the workshop choices form fill them out and mail a cheque to the registrar.
