Registration for 2010 CAPPE/ACPEP Conference
April 28 – May 1, 2010
Last Day for Registration is April 20

Registration is a two step process

  1. Fill in the "information to send to the Registrar" in the first form and SUBMIT
  2. Then go to the second section to make the choices in the drop down list and pay with either PayPal OR a credit card through PayPal

Please note:

  • This form requires that you use an e-mail program that is on your computer.

  • If you are having problems sending the form on this page or

Second Step - Paypal section

Please fill in this part after you have submitted the above "Information to send to the Registrar".

  • In this section you will be taken to the PayPal site for each "Add to Cart" and "continue shopping" until you are done then go to the "Checkout".
  • If you have a PayPal account you can pay with your account OR
  • If you do not have a PayPal account then you can pay with a credit card at the PayPal site.

  REGISTRATION FEES (all rates quoted in $CAD and include GST)

If you choose a Free one you will get an error at the paypal site but just continue to the next section i.e. Conference registration and the free one will show up.

Full refund is available until March 1, 2010.
50% refund is available after March 1, 2010.
