Complaint Process

If a SPE student has a difficulty with his/her supervisor we urge the student to address this concern as soon as possible after the situation occurs with her/his supervisor.

If the supervisor is a provisional teacher, your next stage would be to discuss your concern with your teacher's supervisor.

If you still decide the concern continues, find out what procedure for handling complaints this accredited centre uses. (CAPPE/ACPEP Handbook Section 1, Subsection 1, item 3c)

If this line of response brings no resolution to your concern please contact your Educational Standards member in your CAPPE region to discuss this problem. See the CAPPE/ACPEP Website.
