CPE Residency I - Basic Level - September 9, 2009 - November 20, 2009

CPE Residency II - Advanced Level   November 30, 2009 -  February 19, 2010 CPE

CPE Residency III - Advanced Level    March 1, 2010 - May 14, 2010

A  nine month (3 units) residency programme designed for those who want to upgrade their pastoral skills or are preparing for full-time chaplaincy and are working toward Pastoral Care Specialist. This programme consists of one Basic CAPPE accredited unit and two Advanced CAPPE accredited units . This is a full-time, Monday to Friday programme including periods of 24-hour On Call. Library privileges at the University of Toronto are available to students. Stipends are available. Please contact  the teaching supervisors directly regarding stipend information. N.B. The prerequisite for admission into the Basic Programme is one basic unit of CPE.

Application Note:  Applications are made on-line at www.tipe.ca  Students wishing to complete the entire year’s residency should apply concurrently for all three residency courses (I through III). Continuation in the programme is dependent upon successful completion of each separate unit.
